Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget, in collaboration with the organizers of the 0xConnect Girls crypto meetup, will host Pitch & Slay—a pitch competition for women entrepreneurs in blockchain and crypto with a $5,000 prize pool, according to a press release.

The event is part of the global Blockchain4Her program, which promotes gender equality. To participate, applicants must fill out a Google form and meet the following criteria:

  • A woman must be among the founders, co-founders, or top executives of the company.
  • The company’s product or service must be directly related to the blockchain and cryptocurrency market.
  • The project must be at least at the MVP stage.

Applications are open until April 15. The final stage of Pitch & Slay will take place on April 26, 2025, in Moscow.

Each pitch will last 5–10 minutes, with video content, static presentations, and handouts allowed in both Russian and English.

During the event, a jury will evaluate all projects and select the best ones. The winners will receive a $5,000 cash prize and mentorship support from Bitget and 0xConnect Girls.

“Blockchain4Her was launched in 2024. Since then, Bitget has not only provided grants to talented female entrepreneurs but has also actively supported their businesses. We have held a series of pitch competitions worldwide and decided to expand the initiative to Russia in 2025,” said Bitget’s COO, Vugar Usi Zade.

Earlier, Bitget summarized the first year of Blockchain4Her and recognized women for their contributions to Web3.
