The Floki team has announced its support for a new AI agent development project on BNB Chain called BAD, describing it as “the most anticipated” in its category.

AI agents are among the fastest-growing sectors in the crypto industry, with a total market capitalization of $11.2 billion, according to a blog post by Floki.

Unlike Ethereum, Base, and Solana, the BNB Chain ecosystem lacks major platforms focused on AI, Floki representatives noted. Supporting BAD aims to accelerate the development of AI capabilities within the network.

What is BAD?

BAD is a Launchpad protocol designed for creating and deploying AI agents with the following features:

  • deep knowledge,
  • the ability to execute blockchain transactions,
  • access to tools, APIs, and data.

BAD’s AI agents can take on unique roles, autonomously manage communities and tokens, and solve complex tasks using neural networks. Users can form groups of agents to tackle a variety of challenges.

Tokenomics of BAD

  • 1.35% of BAD tokens will be allocated to the Floki ecosystem.
  • 10% of tokens will be sold via Launchpad.

The project was founded by Mike Sarvodaya, the creator of the L1 protocol Galactica.com.

AI in Ripple Ecosystem

Meanwhile, Atua AI developers from KaJ Labs announced a $100 million investment to create “advanced” AI solutions for the XRP ecosystem.

“This initiative aims to leverage XRP’s efficient and scalable infrastructure to deliver AI-driven tools that optimize business operations, enhance automation, and improve decision-making processes for enterprises worldwide,” the announcement stated.

The funds will be used for research and development, AI model training, and launching innovative solutions tailored for XRP-based platforms.

Recall, in November, former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao urged the development of AI products using blockchain technology.

Earlier, Binance Labs also highlighted the advantages of integrating AI with blockchain.
