An address that had been inactive since 2013 transferred 325 BTC, worth around $22.5 million, to a new wallet. This movement was noticed by analysts at Whale Alert.

At the time of the first transaction, the user acquired the Bitcoin for $135,628. Over the course of 11 years, its value increased by approximately 166 times.

Earlier in March, an unknown individual sold 1,000 BTC mined in 2010, earning around $68 million. Subsequently, another group of 80 wallets moved 2,352.62 BTC, totaling more than $163 million, after eight years of inactivity.

Also in March, an address dormant for nearly 12 years transferred all its 500 BTC, worth about $35 million.

It’s worth noting that in January, CryptoQuant analysts tracked the movement of over 49,866 BTC that had been dormant for more than five years, but these coins were not sent to exchanges.

In June, a miner, active since the time of Satoshi Nakamoto, transferred 50 BTC mined 14 years ago to Binance.
