Congratulations to miner bc1q~nwsgdw0wfh4trqal69fz with 9PH for solving the 305th solo block at https://t.co/UWgBvLk5AE! A miner of this size has about a 1 in 800 chance of solving a block per day.https://t.co/6WKLc4IshW pic.twitter.com/Z0OSzvBCFs

According to him, the miner used equipment with a hash rate of all 9 TH/S. The probability of such an event is about 1 to 800 per day.
included in the block 4900 transactions, of which the order 3300 had a commission below 1 SAT/VB. The income from them was 0.0018 BTC (~$220) – all 0.06% From the block reward.

Kolivas explained that the inclusion of such operations was an experiment. despite the minimal benefit, many large pools, including F2pool, began to process them. Refusing this practice can make solo miners less competitive.
According to Kolivas, the potential harm from the increase in the amount of ‘garbage UTXO’ exceeds the possible advantages. He noted that CK Pool will now only monitor such transactions, but not include them in blocks.
The expert added that such commissions can become significant only if the block reward falls below 0.2 BTC – unlikely scenario in the foreseeable future.
