Crypto exchange Bybit has announced the closure of its NFT marketplace. The platform will cease operations on April 8.

Users are advised to withdraw their assets before this date.

Bybit is also shutting down the Inscription Marketplace and IDO platforms. The decision is part of the company’s service optimization efforts.

NFT trading volume has dropped by 90% from its peak in 2021.

On February 21, Bybit suffered a hacking attack worth approximately $1.46 billion. According to an FBI statement, the breach was orchestrated by hackers from the North Korean Lazarus Group.

As a reminder, on March 31, the NFT trading platform X2Y2 announced a complete shutdown.
