BIO Protocol participants have initiated a proposal to expand the DeSci project into the Solana ecosystem.

The proposal includes:

Deploying the BIO token contract on Solana.
Creating cross-chain infrastructure for seamless token transfers.
Allocating an additional 1% of ecosystem incentive funds to establish a cross-chain liquidity pool.

The team stated that the development of DeSci on Solana is “inevitable.”

The initiative is expected to lay the foundation for products that open new opportunities for scientific advancement.

Earlier, the team announced that BIO would be listed on Binance starting January 3.
